 Mitrais to implement MMS at Santo Borromeus hospital group 


Mitrais is to implement its comprehensive hospital information system, Mitrais Medical Suite (MMS), at Santo Borromeus hospital group (PPSB Foundation) in Bandung, West Java.

The solution at Santo Borromeus hospital group encompasses management of front end operations using MMS-HIS and back office operations management using MMS-Back Office.

MMS meets the key requirements specified by the PPSB Foundation including integration of front and backend operations, real time updating of information and the ability to support the overall operation of each healthcare facility under PPSB Foundation.

Ibu Martina Sudibja, head of the PPSB Foundation, said the integrated and configurable nature of MMS makes it a perfect fit for these requirements.

Mitrais’ total solution for the PPSB Foundation will comprise the implementation of MMS at each of the following facilities:

  • Santo Borromeus Hospital
  • Santo Yusup Hospital
  • Cahya Kawaluyaan Hospital
  • Sekar Kamulyan Hospital
  • Sari Asih Clinic
  • UNPAR Clinic
  • Kemuning Clinic
  • Bina Mitra Warga Clinic
  • Yasinta Clinic

Implementation of MMS-Back Office, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MMS Data Warehouse for

  • JPKM Surya Sumirat (insurance)

Implementation of MMS-Back Office and MMS Data Warehouse for

  • STIKES Santo Borromeus (nursing school)

The implementation is scheduled for completion by 2012 and will include data warehousing as well as data consolidation among the facilities to provide PPSB Foundation with comprehensive managerial and analytical reports.

Santo Borromeus hospital is the largest of all the healthcare facilities under PPSB Foundation. Established in 1921, it is a highly recognized private hospital in the western part of Java. Having more than 400 beds, the hospital is not only fully accredited but also one of few hospitals in Indonesia that has received a certification in ISO 9001:2000.
