Indonesia’s Panti Nirmala hospital joins the MMS customer base

Panti Nirmala, a highly recognized private hospital in eastern Java is implementing MMS-HIS to replace a legacy system and to deliver improvements in the operation of the hospital and in patient care. Key requirements specified by hospital management are the system’s ability to integrate patient health information from various points of care, accessibility and the real time update of information. The integrated and web based nature of MMS, coupled with clear product development roadmap, is seen as a perfect fit for the hospital.

Bali’s government owned Hospital is to implement MMS

Tabanan Hospital chose a new private wing that has been added to this major public hospital in Bali, in which to begin its implementation of MMS-HIS. Among the hospital’s requirements to be satisfied by MMS-HIS are its scalability and ease of integration with medical equipment. The modularity of MMS enables a staged implementation in line with the hospital’s priorities. The interoperability of MMS allows easy integration of processes and data to and from various information systems to achieve comprehensive information management and easy access to information.

ABMEC MMS Implementation

Mitrais has implemented MMS–Polyclinic, one of the products in the Mitrais Medical Suite, for the Australia-Bali Memorial Eye Center (ABMEC) in Denpasar, Bali.

MMS–Polyclinic provides the spectrum of information systems that manage end-to-end patient care processes for ABMEC.

It is fully able to meet to the Eye Center’s specific requirements “out of the box” and provides a standardized solution. It manages functions including patient registration, outpatients, operating procedures, eye diagnostic procedures, lab examinations, pharmacy, cashier, material replenishment and various types of reporting.

Mitrais applied its extensive project management knowledge and experience at ABMEC to ensure the timely implementation of MMS-Polyclinic.

ABMEC is a living memorial to the victims of the Bali bombing that occurred in October 2002. It was built and equipped by the Australian Government as part of its international aid and development program and donated to the Bali Provincial administration to serve the local community in the provision of eye care and the treatment of preventable blindness.

PT Freeport Indonesia MMS-HIS Implementation

Mitrais has implemented MMS-HIS, one of the products in the Mitrais Medical Suite, to support PT Freeport Indonesia’s provision of health and medical services to its employees.

Meeting the needs of an average 500 patients each day, MMS-HIS provides an end-to-end solution from patient registration through to billing. The system at PT Freeport Indonesia serves one hospital, one major and seven satellite clinics. Following implementation in 2007, Mitrais and PT Freeport Indonesia have been engaged in refinements aimed at enhancing the benefits delivered by the system.

It is located in two exploration sites in Papua; Erstberg and the Grasberg mine in the region Tembagapura, district of Mimika.
